When you contact us or submit an application, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, company name, role, product information, and any other details you share. We also collect standard analytics and server log data.

How we use it

We use the information to evaluate your application, communicate with you about the Modulus IP program, fulfill contracts, comply with legal obligations, and improve our services. We do not sell your information.

How we share it

We share information with service providers who help us operate the program (email, hosting, analytics) under written confidentiality and data-processing agreements. We may also share information if required by law.

Confidentiality of patent diligence

All specific patent identifiers, claim charts, and prosecution histories are disclosed only under separately executed NDAs. NDAs survive whether or not a license is ultimately executed.
